The flavour is just nice, my recommendation is to add a little less water (-10 to 20ml) than it’s asked for on the packaging as mine turn out a little too watery after steaming!
This sachet (3 in one packet) is a gift from heaven! Just add water, 1 egg, 1 sachet, mix and pour into steaming bowl (I added prawns, seafood stick and enoki) and steam for 10 minutes. Delicate flavours, so soothing after a tiring day. Recipe yields enough mixture for 2 single-serve bowls of chawanmushi. I bought the prawn and scallop flavours.
