Delivery Policy

1. DELIVERY

1.1. The products displayed on the Sites can be ordered and delivered within Singapore only.

1.2. Subject to the availability of the products you have ordered, we will endeavour to deliver the order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation by the date indicated in the Shipping Confirmation in question or, if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the delivery method.

1.3. Self pickup and delivery for orders will take 3 to 9 working days, depending on the delivery or self pickup option selected. Delivery will take 3-5 working days. Self pickup at Daiso IMM will take 3-5 working days. Self pickup at Daiso Marina Square, Blk 712 Ang Mo Kio and Woodlands Civic Centre will take 6-9 working days.

1.4. Nevertheless, you may occasionally experience delays in delivery for reasons such as a high volume of orders being received by us during sale periods, holidays or the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances.

1.5. If we are unable to comply with the delivery date for any reason whatsoever, we will inform you and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase and establish a new delivery date.

Please note that in any case, our couriers do not pick up or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

1.6. For the purpose of these Terms, a “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order deemed “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at your chosen delivery address.

1.7. The delivery fee is indicated at the checkout page. Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel. The delivery have to be paid as shown at the checkout page in order to complete order.

1.8. Completed orders will only be processed and fulfilled, after full payment have been made.

 

2. INABILITY TO DELIVER

2.1. If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it, we will re-deliver on the next available date. However, please note that you will be charged a re-delivery fee of S$20 if your delivery fails 3 or more times.

 

3. SELF PICKUP ORDERS

3.1 For self pickup orders at Daiso IMM, we will need 1-2 working days for preparation. Orders will be ready for pickup within 3-5 working days. For self pickup orders at Daiso Marina Square, Blk 712 Ang Mo Kio and Woodlands Civic Centre, we will need 1-5 working days for preparation. Orders will be ready for pickup within 6-9 working days.

3.2 Email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for collection.

3.3 Self pickup is available at Daiso IMM, Marina Square, Blk 712 Ang Mo Kio and Woodlands Civic Centre only.

3.4 Store Pickup Timing: 10am to 9pm daily.

3.5 Customers strictly have to provide the confirmation email upon collection. If confirmation email is not provided, Daiso has the rights to decline the collection to take place.

3.6 Customers are responsible to check their orders upon collection. For any discrepancies or errors to their orders after the collection, Daiso will not be able to rectify the issue.

3.7 All order have to be collected within 7 days from the date of the ready to pick up confirmation email. Any unclaimed orders will be cancelled and discarded without further notice. No full or partial refunds are allowed. 

3.8 Strictly no refunds are allowed.

3.9 Exchanges are allowed to be made within the same day of the collection date. Customers have to present their invoice upon making the exchange. Exchanged item have to be of the same value. Exchanges are only allowed to be made if you have received the wrong item or a defective item. You should inspect your orders before leaving the store premises. For any wrong item or defective item received, please notify us immediately. Any exchanges after the date of collection is strictly not allowed.

3.10 Fragile items purchased for self pickup option, customers are required to safe wrap the items themselves. Newspapers will be provided in our store.

3.11 For cases if you would like to change the mode of delivery, please contact us at g-ecom@daiso-sangyo.com.sg or (+65) 6566-9585 Ext.859. We regret to inform you that once delivery have been arranged, we are unable to refund any delivery fee paid to you.

 

FAQs

How long will the delivery take?

Your order will be processed and delivered as soon as possible. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Pickup and delivery for orders will take 3 to 9 working days. Please refer to the Delivery Policy for more information.

 

How do I track my parcel?

To follow the status of your parcel, you can visit our tracking page and key in your tracking ID. If you do have any further enquiry on the status of your parcel, you may contact us at 6566-9585 or g-ecom@daiso-sangyo.com.sg.

 

What happens if I missed my delivery?

Do you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays?

No. Our warehouse & delivery operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. For orders placed within a day before and after the holiday, processing time will be extended by additional 1-2 working days.
