Exchange / Return Policy
1. General
All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in accordance with the terms herein.
2. Exchanges
a. An item may be exchanged only if you have received the wrong item or a defective item.
b. You should inspect your orders upon receipt. If you believe that you have received the wrong item or a defective item, you should notify us immediately via email and submit a picture of the item received along with a brief description of the issue. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 5 business days.
c. Information like product name, product number, quantity, product image showing the defects or issues, image of the carton box or package received, image of any bubble wrap or fragile stickers, or any other details requested from us for investigation will be needed for all refund and exchange requests made by you. Any information not provided upon request by us, Daiso Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the rights to reject any claims, refunds or exchanges made.
d. For all refunds and exchanges, requests have to be emailed to us within 3 days from the date of delivery completed. Any request made after the said date will not be applicable and taken into consideration.
e. If we have confirmed that you have received the wrong item or a defective item, you may exchange the item received for (i) the item which you had actually purchased (as shown in the transaction records) (“intended item”) (in the case of a wrong item) or (ii) the same item in good working condition (in the case of a defective item) or (iii) any item of the same price as the intended item (in the case of a wrong item or defective item where the intended item shown in the transaction records is not available), subject to the fulfilment of the conditions set forth in paragraph (f).
f. Notwithstanding the above, exchanges will only be permitted if the following conditions are met.
(i) The official receipt or delivery order for the transaction is produced.
(ii) The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
(iii) The exchange is done in-store within 14 days from the date on the delivery order.
(iv) The item to be exchanged does not consist of any of the following: Food, undergarments, socks, stockings, pet products, CDs, cosmetics (including but not limited to make-up for the eyes, cheeks and lips), combs, supportive inner, sports supporters, toiletries, winter wear, batteries and other hygienic products. All of these items are strictly non-exchangeable.
e. Items for self pickup at all locations are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Exchange is only allowed at the point of collection if the item is wrong or defective. Daiso Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the rights to reject any exchanges or refunds.

3. Refunds
For the avoidance of doubt, all items purchased are only exchangeable in accordance with paragraph (2) and will not be refundable save where required by law. Refunds are strictly not applicable for online orders.
*Above all terms are applicable at Daiso IMM. Self pickup terms are applicable to Daiso IMM, Marina Square, Blk 712 Ang Mo Kio and Woodlands Civic Centre.
