DOESN'T EVEN WORK

Bought this adaptor, tested it on my Samsung Galaxy and on my computer. It is not working at all.

Bought and not working. Test on my Phone(pixel), on laptop, on tablet, all not working. Went to ask for an exchange. Test a few in the shelf and all are not working. Deemed not all not working.
